You're invited to attend the Gislason & Hunter Winter Employment Law Seminar. Business owners and HR professionals will be provided with information and consideration to help navigate various topics and issues as they relate to employment law.

Handbooks and Drug Testing Policies: Review vital employment policy and drug testing changes employers should implement.
Accommodating Mental Illness: Dealing with mental illness in the workplace in the context of discipline, FMLA, Workers’ Compensation, the ADA, and the MN HRA.
Caselaw Update: Year in Review: New law doesn’t just come from the legislature. In this session, we will review and discuss recent developments you may have missed coming out of state and federal courts, as well as administrative agencies, and what they mean for Minnesota employers.
