OUR MISSION .......We embrace the philosophy that a general contractor is not hired to simply construct the project and walk away but rather to make an impact on the way the project flows. We make significant contribution throughout the planning, pre-development, design, financing and construction of the projects.

Premium Home Design & Build's is a family owned buisness. The General Contractor is Cory Rogers, he has been in high end construction for 18 years. He is excited to get the opportunity to work closely with clients, to understand their needs, and to translate those needs into amazing projects. As a detail-oriented and client-centered professional, he has always been attracted by the challenges and opportunities of the remodeling industry, especially in regard to turning clients? dreams into reality. After all, customer satisfaction is his number one priority ? they are what he is grateful for and who he works hard to satisfy.

Cory and his family moved to Minnesota 10 years ago, and fell in love with the change of seasons and the great people. He enjoys meeting new clients with great imaginations. When Cory is not working, he enjoys spending time with his family and friends, traveling, coaching sports, watching football, and listening to music.
