InnerClarity Psychiatry & Wellness provides integrative telepsychiatric services for individuals dealing with depression, anxiety, and related challenges, offering integrated, holistic, and personalized mental health care.

As a board-certified psychiatric and family nurse practitioner, Aicha Katty, DNP, APRN, PMHNP-BC, FNP-C, takes the time to understand each patient’s history, goals, and circumstances before recommending a treatment plan. Care may include comprehensive psychiatric evaluation, medication management, and coordination with therapists and other providers, with attention to sleep, stress, lifestyle, and overall well-being alongside medication when appropriate.

Telehealth allows patients to receive quality care from the comfort and privacy of their own space, without travel, long waits, or time away from work and family. Visits are conducted through a secure video platform, and ongoing appointments focus on tracking progress and adjusting the treatment plan as needs change.

Services are available to young adults and adults who are clinically stable and appropriate for telehealth care. The provider is licensed in MN and IA and accepts self-pay and certain insurances.
