Description
Minnesota Hospice will be celebrating 10 years this summer! Our celebration event will be Thurs., Sept. 17 from 2-4 p.m. at our office, 17645 Juniper Path, Lakeville.
The Lakeville Chamber will be presenting at 2:30 p.m. There will be refreshments and connections. Come and meet our hospice team and celebrate 10 years of exceptional care!
