Brandon became a certified personal trainer in Fitness Training, Sports Nutrition, and Exercise Therapy while deployed in Afghanistan as a Marine. After being honorably discharged in 2015, he earned his BA and MS in Exercise Physiology. Brandon's continued education certifications include USAPL coach, Interactive Neuromuscular Rehab, Interactive Neuromuscular Performance, RPR Level 1, RPR Level 2.
Brandon enjoys spending time with his wife, daughter, son, and dog. He enjoys movies, hockey, softball, snowboarding, scuba diving, and getting as much out of life as possible. He is currently working on his Doctorate (PhD), researching how neuromuscular adaptations affect the rest of the body's health.
