We are currently seeking a Commercial Customer Service Representative to join our team. As an Commercial Customer Service Representative with DSI you will serve as the face of our commercial sales team by providing excellent customer service by responding to product and service questions.
?h Provides customer support by answering questions about DSI products, billing, pricing, availability, and other customer concerns.
?h Provides support to DSI sales personnel and DSI operations personnel.
?h Contact for all broker account questions.
?h Completes all sales team admin duties.
?h Processes DSI sales orders , inquiries and accounts in a timely and accurate manner.
?h Assists DSI management and other DSI departments with special projects when assigned.
?h Recommends potential products or services to management/customer by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs. ¡@
?h Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's issues; determining the cause of the issue; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the issue; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
?h Continually seeks out, reports and contributes to problem solving in order to correct or prevent customer issues.
?h Maintains financial accounts by processing customer adjustments.
?h Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
?h Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
?h Collaborate with sales and operations teams to help find ways to create cost-effective business processes that will attract and retain new customers
?h Field and process ad-hoc requests, including data research, analysis
•Must have a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
•One year previous customer service experience
•Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office suite. In particular, strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (writing functions, formulas, pivot tables, etc.)
•Strong analytical and detail oriented aptitude; a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail is required
•Must have exceptional communication skills in order to effectively and tactfully deal with internal and external customer inquiries and complaints
•Must be legally eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship or future sponsorship
?h Associates degree.
?h Previous commercial customer service experience in the waste industry is preferred but not mandatory
?h Previous customer service experience in a call center environment preferred but not mandatory
